Nappy changing for colicky babies

Two out of my 3 babies were colicky.  One of the things that helped them a lot was a few trips to a cranial osteopath.  I wish I'd known about this additional tip for nappy changes.  In the video clip below, a chiropractor explains why how you handle your baby is important for their delicate digestive system and shows a way of changing a nappy that protects your baby.
